My mom joked earlier that the only reason she and my dad got married young was because they needed to have sex finally. I laughed because that is so something I would say if I was in their situation. Hell, if I meet a guy and get married quickly (which is unlikely, but nonetheless), that’s pretty much exactly what I’d joke with anyone who knew about me waiting.
